This is my first post and I ordered for the first time 100 cartomizers from SS UK on 6 febr 2012.
I emailed the Customer Service on same day and asked when I can expect a track code. No answer, so I emaild on 7 febr again about the proces if there is a problem. Still I haven't got any reply. Today my order is still marked as Awaiting Fulfillment.
My experience with Customer Service of xxxxxxxx was really SUPER. They reply very fast. The GS live chat is very handy 2...
Anyhow, has someone else have any experience with Customer Service of SS ?
