Rip off, scam warning. SMOKING EVERYWHERE should be avoided, period. They are thieves. They advertise that they have a "starter kit" for $9.95 or a similar small cost. They never tell you on their site that they not only don't send them for 6 weeks, they charge you the $9.95 (or similar low amount) and take it out of your account, they charge you $99.95 which is deducted shortly after the $9.95. I called and the rep said the $9.95 is shipping and the $99 is the "starter kit" which is a trial because you can return it. But you can't return it for a refund because they plainly state the kit has to be returned within 14 days of placing the order. Since you don't get the kit for 6 weeks, you can't possibly do this. So I read on a forum that they also set you up for automatic mailings of cartridges for around $50 every month. I immediately called them to say I did not want the cartridges automatically mailed nor my account charged again for anything and to NOT do it. The rep was very "nice" and said, "well, you're not set up for that." I asked him several times, "So, you are telling me I will absolutely not be getting these and not charged?" He assured me I wouldn't. Well, guess what? Today I saw that Smoking Everywhere had taken the $50 out of my account. This conversation with the rep was over two weeks ago. They lie!!!! Plain and simple, they are scammers. Their e cigs aren't even good ones. They are crap, don't hold a charge, last a very short time, etc. DO NOT buy SMOKING EVERYWHERE!!!!! You will be taken by these thieves as soon as they have your credit or debit card number. These people should be shut down for false advertising and very shady business practices. I am a new member and can't post in regular forums. Please spread the word and help put these downright rip off artists out of business. I am stinking mad!!!!!!!

Welcome to the forums. It sucks that you had that experience. I hope it doesn't put you completely off of vaping. There are a lot of more reputable dealers and many higher-quality products out there.

Incidentally, Smoking Everywhere was my second exposure to e-cigs (1st was seeing a guy use one at a Renaisssance Faire). I let the guy pitch / demonstrate to me but wasn't about to buy without research. After reading here, I'm SOOO glad I did.
