Smoking Everywhere will not refund my money.

I paid Smoking Everywhere $9.95 for a 14 day trial of the E-Cigarette. I returned the product to them well within the 14 day period (as my tracking slip shows they accepted it.) In spite of this they deducted full payment for the product from my bank account--$99.02.
I have emailed them 3 times and spoke to customer service by phone 3 times. Each time I was told I would have a refund in 3 business days. It's going on 3 months now with no refund.

I hate it when folks get burned by SE. Unfortunately, It happens all the time. Keep trying to get your money back, you should be able to eventually. In the meantime, buy a better e-cig from a more reliable supplier. There are a lot of them.

That pretty much sounds on par from what I have heard about them... someone on another post in here somewhere (i'll see if I can find it) said they have earn a rating of F from the Better Business bureau.

Its safe to assume that when you hear "free trial" that what follows is going to be an automatic charge. i would advise to never never ever give out your credit card number unless you know without a doubt who you are paying, for what, and how often. any questions, either don't use your card or get a temporary prepaid card. walmart carries them.

They took the 99 Bucks from my account and I cancelled the trial..... I called them a couple of times...... Finally, I told them my Attorney would be calling them next...... They told me they were refunding me and the money was back in my account 3 days later...... Get tough with these guys..... It is a Big Scam, They know it and We know it.......

Yep crappyass company.Just got off the phone with them wanting to know when I'll get my refund, it's 'still processing' and they got the unopened kit from me on the second of Nov! I'll use the 'getting a attorney' line if it's not in my account tomorrow.
