:mad: I hope someone reads this before you start purchasing anything from this website. If you have a problem, with an order, or anything else, don't expect to be able to call them and get anything resolved. Won't happen. First of all you don't get an account#. You can't see your order status. If you call them, usually the call diconnects before you get to someone, but if you do get thru to someone, before your issue is resovled, your call will get disconnected. If you send an email to customer support, you will never get a response. You won't get an email confirming your order either.. I will never purchase anything else from them, and i will investigate some of the other e-cigarette companies, before I purchase from them. I am very disappointed in their business and the way they handle it.

My e-cig is a smoking everywhere, I did check out their site, and found them to be expensive, then I looked on Amazon, and found one for 1/2 the price. I purchased the Gold kit. I was lucky to find this site around the same time my kit arrived. I pick up a lot of pointers, and am happy with my purchase. Though if would have known what I do now...;) I would really prefer the pen style. Happy vaping!

SE sucks buttermilk as a company. Did anyone find the SE "FREE" trial on the Web? I did, figured what the heck, I had already been charged around $179.00 at the mall for a starter kit, extra box of carts and an extra atty (which was doa). Why not get another charger, atty and batt for free!

Well, you click to accept the order and it specifies that there will be a $9.95 shipping fee. Still not bad, so I gave them a CC number.

It arrives and they charge about $109.00 to the card.

These people are total scam artists. I hope that each of you that have a bad experience with them will report them both to your state Attorney General and the BBB.

The good news is that my CC company agreed with me and reversed the charge.

I know what you mean! The customer service is absolutely horrible and it is impossible to get any satisfaction! Although I am quite happy with my device, I over payed big time and will never do business with them again! There are only 2 suppliers I trust anymore and will only purchase from them. Thanks for sharing and vape on!
While it's good that you found 2 good suppliers, you don't have to limit yourself to only 2. The suppliers listed in the suppliers forum here are pretty much all top notch. I've bought stuff from at least 12 of them and had A-1 service from all of them. Not one U.S. supplier has ever taken more than 3 days to deliver and all of them go out of their way to make things right if there are problems with bad parts (which I have only had one so far).
