Hello, Noob here. Discovered e-cigs yesterday when Jose Canseco was smoking one on the Howard Stern show. He was promoting "SMOKEeverywhere.com" whereas I see you folks have had some problems with "SMOKINGeverywhere.com" They are different sites and different companies aparently. Does anyone know about SMOKEeverywere.com. The prices seem to be the same as SMOKINGeverywere, so I bet they are the same thing.

This is waht I was saying on my other thread. There are lots of these similarly named companies and we need to sort out who these bad eggs are, and who are good (or at least not actively evil) eggs. I am volunteering to collect and sort through people's complaints, sift the websites, and straighten it out. Anyone who's dealt with any of these Smoking every/any what/where/who/when/why companies please e-mail me with whatever you can give me of the following information:

1. Company name?
2. Was it a Website or a Mall kiosk?
3. Location or web address?
4. Type of e-cig (pen, mini, disposable, etc) and model number if known.
5. Owner or operator name?
6. E-mail address?
7. Brief description of your experience with them. ANd I do mean brief. Key details only please, not every step along the way, OK?

Please send that to: smoking-every-any-whatever@e-smoker-forever.com

And, yes that's a real e-mail address! :D

Leaford,
I had my issue with( smoking everywhere.) They have a website of the same name. They do not put model numbers on anything but it is a super mini that looks exactly like a cigarette.
When we send to the email address you provided , are you going to start a thread with all that info? What exactly will you do with it?

leaford,

I just wanted to add here, as I have many times in other postings over mis-naming and confusion of the name "Smoke Everywhere" or whatever derivative of the name is in no way linked or associated with "Smoke Anyware USA" otherwise known as the "Smoke-51", even though Smoke-51 also does offer a program for setting up kiosks in a mall.

The device design and usage are two totally different items. And it has been stated, if I'm not mistaken, that the Smoke-51 is a rebranded Longtotem, yet the overall finished apprearance seems to look more professionally complete. They are one of the higher priced units, and so far I never regretted buying one simply because of the fast and well received customer service that "I" have experienced in dealing with them.

In stating so, I also want to say I am in no way associated with ANY company selling electronic cigarettes or products used with them (YET !!, even though my support warrants a representitive level of involvement), and have thoroughly enjoyed my, to date, experiences with the Smoke-51.

There, I've said my piece, and I only do so because it just annoy's me seeing associations by error to MY product I use to THEIR poor product and support.

VapeOn,
Greg

Here is a review i did on smokingeverwhere.com for those who wonder about this company and what they exactly sell

The KR-808a is what smokingeverwhere.com sells

I just did a review on it since so many peeps were asking about it

here is the link

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...eds-review-smokingeverywhere-e-cigarette.html

I compared to all the other e-cigs out

Mini Fogger
Pee Wee
Yentl
901
Dura
Intellicig

Shows you it is not anything like the fogger in the video

The fogger is slimmer / different atomizer and size is different also
janty's mini fogger has 2 holes on the brass atomizer the KR-808 has 4

Thanks

Parked

Hey, Smokum.

You are correct that the two are different, but there's lots of good reasons for the confusion and I'm really not certain that they aren't related in some way.

See my blog post, linked above.

Btw, if ya didn't know, I like Smoke 51, too. I'm just calling it like it is.

I wonder if there are any lawyers on the forum who could advise us on the best way for people who have been ripped off to approach Smokingeverywhere. Maybe if they get a letter from a solicitor outlining how they have misrepresented the product and further action could be taken that might shake them up a bit.

I'm not a lawyer, but from my perspective, Smoking Anywhere does not appear to be breaking any laws. Maybe with the "quit smoking" advertising, but there is no law against overcharging people who don't research before buying.

That being said, there is nothing illegal about standing 5 feet from a business, protesting their business practices. That is the joy of this country, the right to PEACEABLY protest.

Even better, make a posterboard sign that says "BUY A BETTER PRODUCT FOR A MUCH LOWER PRICE...RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY...E-CIGARETTE-FORUM.COM...DON'T PAY EXTRA FOR AN INFERIOR PRODUCT"

Don't even mention their company name on your sign. There should be nothing they can do. If you are not advertising a specific product or trying to sell anything, then you are not soliciting, so mall management should not have a problem. If they do try to stop you, ditch the sign and just do what you did yesterday. Enough days like that and they should cave in.

***Disclaimer: Tasdad is NOT a lawyer. In fact, he sometimes has no clue what he is talking about. Take everything he says with a grain of salt. Tasdad is not responsible for any jail time that may occur due to following his advice.***:D

Hi all! LOL! Just wanted you to know, we got our $$$ back from them. My step bro and I went down, chased off a sale within 10 seconds of being there, chased off 3 more in the 1st 2 minutes, and oddly enough, they caved in and gave us our money back. I was prepared to stay the whole day, within 20 minutes we were walking out the door with our money.

Good for you–persistence goes a long way. Like standing outside an autodealer with a big sign saying "I got a Lemon Here"–tends to get results--well done Figurehead:thumb:

Thank you thank you thank you! LOL!

I cost them I suppose in the nieghborhood of $500 in the first 5 minutes I was there and they saw I had no intention of leaving. They even called security, however, I was being polite, not making a fuss, using any bad language, and security won't get involved in a client/customer dispute unless mall rules are bing broken, so they wouldn't even come over.

I told the guys at the kiosk, "Look, give us our money back and we leave-pure and simple. Heck, I'll even give you the copies of the info I have with me and YOU can throw them away. It doesn't matter to me as long as I get my money back."

They caved, and we left, with our money. LOL! I'm axctualy surprised it didn't take longer than that.

What the ???? I honestly can't believe they caved !!! I guess the mall policy is different than the mall i purchased from..Security told me that the kiosk owner will and can have me arrested for disruption of business..
Did you tell potential customers not to buy while you were waiting for a refund?

Nope, when they were doing the refund I didn't say a word. AFTER they gave our money back I DID tell a lady they were conning, "E-cigs are GREAT! I'm switching over to them completely. I love them more than real cigs. A little research goes a long way." and then left.

I have a feeling they won't be around too much longer. They strike as a fly by night kind of company. They'll make what they can while they can than just dissappear when the e-cigs really take off.

Congrats on getting your refund. I have almost exactly the same story, including them calling their "boss". They would not give my friend and I a refund, no matter what we said or did (we did turn away a few potential customers).

The final outcome in my story is that they put us in contact with someone from Smoking Everywhere who told us to send our old kits back and they would send us the new 2.0 version, because the older version we had was defective.
They sent us extra cartridges and brand new kits, which work a lot better than the first one.

I would have ultimately liked to get a refund so I could have purchased a cheaper, better e-cig, but this will have to do for now.
