This company has the worst customer service that I have ever come across in my entire life. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee and do not give you the number or email address to the main suppliers. You call customer service and they tell you that they can only take orders and cannot do anything about returns accept take your name and invoice number down so that they can send it to someone else who will be able to help. Yeah, done this twice already and no response yet. Over a week now and they say on the website to wait 36 hours at the most. It also tells us to email them first and get their approval before mailing the .... product back to them. I live close to their operating facility, should I just drive the piece of c back to them or what should I do. Does anyone have a number that is not their customer service line?

Hmmm...seems to me they are making the process obscure in the hope you will lose heart and let the 30 day period go by so they may legitimately refuse the return. As Bozzlite says, open a support ticket - it's timestamped so they can't argue that they have no record of your request.

Contact your credit card company and put in a "dispute" claim. That will get their attention and you should get your money back one way or another.
