City council officials will investigate whether nicotine replacement
therapy products, such as electronic cigarettes, could be provided
to help people stop.

We have seen E-cigarettes included in smoking bans

Some employers will not hire E-smokers

Someday it will be suggested to exclude E-smokers from
being foster parents... To protect the children

I like that Officials like Kevin Stewart would class the E-Cig as a way to get off smokes and try and find a way of providing them to people that need them.
