Well i must say i'm not the happiest SE customer, as some of you on here know that i've chatted with. Their earlier e-cigs were terrible when they first came out last year, i bought one which was the 2.0, for over a hundred dollars. I used it for 4 days and chalked it up as a loss and went back on analogs. This past holiday season at the urging of my wife I dug my 2.0 out of my drawer and began e smoking again, of course i needed new cartridges for it so i went to the mall kiosk and bought two packs, 25 bucks! The cartridges didn't fit right so i took them back only get reamed out by some punk about how it's not their fault and that its basically buyer beware. So I soon discovered this forum and moved on to better devices, became more educated on e smoking, and bought liquid instead of cartridges over and over. 3 months ago I took my 2.0 which wasn't working back to the kiosk to see if they could exchange my atomizer or something, the nicer guy that works there gave me a whole new kit, the 3.0/gold, which is a re-badged rn4081, which i have others of this model in generic form. That was the only example of good customer service I received from SE. Last month in the mall I saw a different guy working there and induced myself in his sales "pitch" just for the hell of it. I had my penstyle on me, my 901, and my dura, with bottles of liquid in my backpack. I pulled out all my gear and showed it all to him after hearing him say the prices of 100-200 bucks for the various SE models. I told him that all these devices were far better and much cheaper and they don't charge 15 bucks for a pack of five cartdriges. I mentioned Totally Wicked, this forum, model #'s 801, 901, Janty and other "industry" terminology and he had no clue what i was talking about. They seem to know nothing about e smoking. It seems as if there are 2 different sides of e cigarette people, the people like us that look out for each other and most of the suppliers on here that arn't looking to make a buck, and the people like smoking everywhere that are out for pure profit and public exposure in malls, when in reality they don't really know a thing about what they are talking about. The have a corporate type marketing scheme which is just telling people what they want to hear, package it up in some fancy boxes, and market it as a direct replacement for cigarettes, which all of us know is not true, e smoking takes time to adjust to, and to this day i havn't found one that tastes EXACTLY like a cigarette. Sorry for rambling, I did have one good experience with SE, but i have to hold myself back when im in the mall from telling people lined up all curious at this mall kiosk that there are BETTER and CHEAPER devices from suppliers on the web that will take care of you, and not charge over a 100 dollars for a mediocre product.
