Im going to post a series of emails TO CS That i wrote, i give myself permission and consent. But i decline to post them because this post pretty much sums it up. I made what was a very reasonable request to the company. The basic gist of this is, One of their products just plain fell apart on me. Im talking about an X2 1300 battery that cos upwards of $29 and it fell apart while i held it like a cig between 2 fingers with the batt hanging downward while picking up a ccouple beanbags from my beanbag toss game over the weekend. Thy fineally answered my email a couple days or so later and they offered to replace the battery AFTER they recieve the broken one(which just fell apart and the top wire on i think the inside battery broke off from the foil it seems. meanwhile i try to put the button houseing with the xtra long carto back together, the light is out on the button, so i put it to my mouth to take a puff, It was red hot and burnt my lips. Seems the light function wasnt working. I have since taped the wird to the top and after 20 minutes of trial and error have made it work for short periods of time. Im a 1mil vater per day if that now, a 30mil bottle lasts 20 days or so. so Abuse of the product is a non issue, no abuse. So heres the problem, I have use dvolt procucts excluseivly since january of 2012 and i can still say they are the best on the market to me.
After they offered to replace the battery (after i send it back) i asked them for a simple request and got a very unsatisfactory answer. I said, could you please send me an extra envelope(blank so i can fill it in with my RMA # and their addy and the replacement battery, and if theres additional shipping ill pay for it with the order i placed) so im not without a battery to vape with so i dont have to revert back to those nasty tasteing cigs, and probably stay with them if i did. They wouldnt accomodate this request because of some socalled "bad apples" that never sent batterys back. Well im not a bad apple, asked for an envelope(blank ill pay the shipping on both the new and the old battery to send back) They said nope sorry. Now i had a choice, I never contacted them about their charger the sold me that went out on me 4 months later leaving me with no way to charge the regular volt batteries, I didnt mention that the replacement regular battery they sent me a month after my kit arrived(to replace a battery that wouldnt charge) I didnt mention that the replacement battery lasted about 10 minutes of casual vapeing it it lasted that long, i just felt atleast it charges. So i really had no choice but to tell them to cancel my carto order(which i use their cartos exclusivly because they are the best) because i can not and will not accept being without a way to vape and not have to smoke cigs si i dont go into witdrawls waiting fo a safely functionally battery replacement. Its a sad day when i have to make a choice to switch vendore from one that has the best products on the market as far as im concerned, or accept that they are willing to not accomodate a simple request. I see their posistion, people are not nice not to return what they say is defective. Now i have to tey and find a company to fulfill my carto and battery needs while sitting here with 3 dead regular batteries and a dead charger(never asked to replace) and now an X21300 that might burn me again, or have a melt down.
Its a sad day indeed
i wish this situation worked out better because as i said, they have the best stuff on the market to me. and i recomend them to everyone and hand them a card. very sad day
