In the picture you posted yesterday I see 3 things. It is clear to me what is in the middle. That is a mega cartomizer. What do you have there on the left and right of it?

The first one is a atomizer? Is the one coming in the kit?

The silver one is a cartomizer?

Maybe I am dumb...

Do you have any links from supplier?

I am using the Mega-Cartomizer myself. I really like them alot. My first one lasted me a week. It still made great vapor it's just the material inside starts to get bad and it leaks a little out the end that attaches to the battery. I think if you are careful not to overfill might be able to last 2 weeks. I'm finding that I usually get between 5-8 hours on a fill, I don't fill it till it's really getting dry though the flavor does drop off some after 3 hours. A Cartomizer is basically an atomizer and cartridge all in one unit. The Mega or XL Cartomizer you have to get a syringe to refill. I'm finding that with the Mega Atomizer and Cartridge if you add a straw (or 2) to the cartridge to help the juice flow to the atomizer works pretty well. I tend to not wait very long between vapes or sometimes take several in a row so I put in 2 straws diagonal from each other and it keeps up with me and I haven't had any leaks. You have to be a little patient with atomizers at first also when they are new it can take a bit of breaking in to get good vapor and flavor.

PS- Grats on 3 weeks :) Even after 45 days I find it hard to believe I have quit. I smoked for about 19 years and after everything else I'd tried I never thought I'd quit before discovering e-cigs.

Congrats on quitting! I'm also analog free for a little over 2 weeks, but haven't decided which path to take for upgrading. With all the choices between models, cartomizers, atomizers, dripping, etc. its going to be tough to find the right setup.

I think if I had known that the Wetbox at Clouds of Vapor was only $50 before I got my ego I would have probably gone with that. For a true 3.7v that has a 3ml bottle feed system that is a nice deal. You use cartos on it too which having almost 2 weeks experience on now I prefer over attys for flavor and consistent big vapor. batteries are 14500 protected Truefires for only about $6 each and I checked a battery spec site and those are 900mah. The Trustfire multicharger is $15. Throw in an extra 5 cartos for $8 and that is only $85 total with 2 batteries.

A Boge 510 cartomizer lasts me about an hour (when I vape constantly, which is often). They are very easy to refill -- just pop off the end cap, drip up to 16 drops into the filter, put the end cap back on (I use a large paper clip), and vape.

An eGo Mega cartomizer lasts me about 1/2 hour (when I vape constantly, which is often). They need a syringe and needle to refill. I fill until it starts leaking out the needle hole or the threaded end hole. About 1/2 hour of constant vaping, I get a burnt taste, even though I can't believe it's almost empty yet. Also, the taste is inferior compared to the Boge 510 cartomizers. It doesn't have the flavor I get from the 510s. So, I quit using them.

Now I'm using only the KR808D-1 Premium cartomizers, which are similar to the Boge 510 cartomizers, except the threads are different. These fit the KR808D-1 passthroughs that give me throat hits every single time, and much better flavor and vapor than I get from the eGo 1000mAh batteries and Boge 510 cartomizers.
