I am on the 35$ cricket plan I get like 2.5gb of data before they slow it down

man do we get screwed here in canada!!!

I pay 73$ unlimited calls but only 2gb data and 10$ a GB after that...

You can, but you'd have to enter RGB values (like the # for R, then the number for G, then the number for B). So if there was a particular color you wanted, you'd have to look it up (online from an online color picker, photoshop, etc) and get the RGB "codes" for that color first. On the app, you just pick a color from the infinite color wheel.

Does it take RGB or hex color codes?

What I'm wondering though is if the app would still connect to the mod that way. It would be nice if the USB cable allowed for that.

True story:

When I was on a cruise a few years back we were advised by a member of staff to pretend we were Canadians while walking through Cozumel.

The merchants there LOVE to haggle and will chase you down the street if they think theres even a chance you'll buy an item from them.

They dont bother with Canadians much though because you guys are already paying higher prices than U.S tourists and visitors from other countries due to exchange rates etc.

I got accustomed to saying 'Eh?" quite frequently.

Would be better if it was allowed through usb, but his laptop is bluetooth so i would think if he was running the app on it with the bluetooth connected that way it would work.......Maybe

I have been wondering about that myself, with Bluestacks (Android emulator). If not, I've been thinking about a cheap Android tablet, just to run Android apps, because there are a lot of apps I want (like the one that checks OBD codes on cars).

Well if someone wins one and doesn't have a smartphone or a need for a smartphone then a used tablet or iPad would be the way to go.
