Well if someone wins one and doesn't have a smartphone or a need for a smartphone then a used tablet or iPad would be the way to go.

I have 1/2 Dozen of them( I tinker) and all the same.
Latest Dell8's run is 4.2.2 - Thanks Dell/Google!!!!!!

No Smart Phone.... Mine, like me, was smart but got old.
No windows app..............WHY??????
I have 1/2 dozen windows 8 Venue Tablets
20 Windows platform devices in total.

Guess this win will become a compromise of sorts.
