Has "SmokeyJoe" ever come back to this thread or does anyone know if he even plans to come back to tell "Us" the Correct Answer and Who actually WON the vape/vaping Contest yet . . .
Last time I can tell he was on, was on Wednesday
And that's just because I seen he liked a couple post that day.But it don't mean he wasn't on since then, he can be on right now

I kinda always thought that ECF was founded by a bunch or at least a couple of people that wanted a place of their own.
So I been following two people that I thought were part of the start of ECF, because both say Founder of ECF,
and if there was only one person, then the two people I been following are one person
