If I had to guess, they only sending so many emails out a day.

Confirming that the screenshot you have there is not an email, but a post from this thread.
AFAIK, no follow-up emails have been sent out yet.

EDIT:
Ok, technically it could be an email, but from ECF, where you receive updates of watched threads. Either way, the info within, is from this very thread.

No, almost 100% certain that no.
If someone would receive it, there would be at least three pages about it, then ten more from people asking what should they do, because they haven't received their second email yet.
