Honestly, if you don't know if you are one of the 50 ECF winners, then you're not. Those 50 winners were chosen/won via little mini-contests/drawings over a week's time in this thread. If you were not reading or posting in this thread during that time period, you would not have know about those drawings and would not have participated in those drawings and certainly would not have won.
Becca did mention that they had a number of emails get sent back as undeliverable. She also mentioned that they were sending the emails out a second time.Neither do i. My luck it'll just get deleted immediately because they think I'm not actually on the list. Why would some get it and not all?

It's really not that complicated. If you won in this thread you would have received a conversation from SJ and would have replied, that's it.
If you won the main contest, you would have received an email from Smok stating you won and wait for another Email. Then you would receive a second email asking for your info.

Nope..so do i...but ive read some post from the gm 802399 saying that if any winners that not received any emails from smoktech...he/she advised them to send their shipping details : country,contact name,shipping address & shipping phone no. To support@smocktech.com.still no 2nd email for me...
