The Smok site doesn't work properly on most mobile devices, the last two columns of the ECF winners are cut off.
I just assumed the address referred to was bellastarr's.
I would like to know who it belongs to though, in all fairness the eciginator should be on that list too.

There's no tracking numbers, according to the Smoktech site.

They do have a tracking number, but they won't send the tracking numbers due to the large amount of people..

Seems like there was a small update to shipping info for US winners... from Smok site:

"It is estimated that the prize of U.S users will be sent out by Madvapes next week. Winners in other countries, prizes have been sent out from 14, September gradually."

I think they are referring to the new term "soon-ish" aka "whenever".
