I got that at first too, anjel. Firefox asked me if I wanted to let FedEx know my location when I first went to the site, I said no and I got that error. Tried again and allowed it, then I was able to make an account.

Well I can't sign up for the info for fedex. I tried and 2 hours and 2 calls to support later they tell me they can't verify my address due to the city not doing home delivery of mail.

So if I want to check I have to call them and have them check, which after those two calls is not going to happen.
