That is exactly what they posted on their Facebook page back on Sept. 28 which was when they first received the units from smok. I think they just copied and pasted it and sent it to you. I e-mailed madvapes through their website this AM, and here is the exact response i got.


"We are sending them out in no particular order and as many as we can per day. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an e mail with tracking information. It will be shipped either Fed Ex or USPS based on where you live, but either way it will be a 2 day option. Thank you for you patience."

I saw it on their facebook, that was the sad part of getting that generic response this morning lol. I contacted them through the website and that was the reply they sent within moments. at least as much information as you got was all I was hoping for.

O well. cant blame a gal for trying.

its all good, I was just hoping to get it before I had to head back to AL so it wasn't sitting on the porch for a neighbor to steal. Hubby hasn't been getting home until 9 pm, so if I knew it was coming I could ask the owner here to put it in the house

after the generic response I calmly replied that they were my last hope and that I was just hoping to find out if mine had shipped

I just got the following:

Torri,
I have checked with my supervisor who is in charge of sending out the winnings for the contest, and she has told me that she has taken care of your winnings and that it should be delivered tomorrow.

no idea if its fedex or USPS but now I have my answer. YAY!

I live on N Broadway St and all these places try to tell me they can only find S Broadway, and that there is no N Broadway.

But yet UPS, Fedex, and DHL have all delivered to my home. So the drivers at least know how to find it lol.
