Damn. That's getting on for two months, it got ridiculous at one month, but TWO?

Wish I had a tracking number on it. Contacted madvapes but they didn't keep a record and said they sent the info to smok - sent a message to smok but no response.

I just keep checking the post office every day for it.

At least if you KNEW where it was, it wouldn't be so bad...

Having the tracking number doesn't always help. Have another package that was sent on 14 Sep - shows accepted and that's it. Can't get nothing but canned bs responses from USPS. Have even called their consumer affairs and just like all the other times they're no help either. I'd like to see how they would handle a face-to-face instead of hiding behind phones and emails.

I feel this way about a lot of faceless companies.

I've currently got some fishing swivels on their way to England from China (for making Clapton's), the tracking worked very well as they bounced around China, as soon as they hit Heathrow the tracking stops, and all it does is tells you when it has reached you (like I wouldn't already know that it arrived at my house), it's an absolute waste of time and money paying extra for tracked mail in the UK.

My mail starts with USPS then the military takes over. The biggest problem I have is that when it's stuck in the States, USPS won't even investigate - as soon as they see it's for a FPO destination they say talk to the military side. They refuse to accept that it hasn't reached the military yet and is still in their hands. And the times I've contacted the military side they just refer it back to USPS. Point at each other and never take responsibility or even try to work with the other side.

What do you mean they didn't support the first one?

They said there would be fw updates. People told them about issues, they said they were working on them. Then after a while people started asking about it and they told them the USB port on it is useless and has no function. I was looking into it last night as I was thinking of getting one as an out and about mod. Read all the crap and was like well I wont be buying one of those.

That's ridiculous.

I see people complaining a lot about parcels from China taking a long time to ship, but most of the time the delays are in the destination country, usually at their own customs.

Yup most things I order are out of china in 2 days. Customs likes to hold them for a while.

I've heard that you can get firmware updates, but you have to mail the unit back to them.

It's stupid.

I laugh whenever I see folks complaining about how long their packages take - "It's been 5 days and I don't have it"
Priority for me is a minimum of 7 days and that's fast - usually 9 or 10 sometimes longer.

I try not to do China orders but the few time I did it took awhile with most of the time sitting someplace in the States. Funny part is I'm right next door - leaves China, passes by me, goes to States, sits around, comes back this way - almost a full round trip.

I get stuff from china faster than I do from Canada. When I order from Canada I just kind of forget about it until it shows up about a month later.

Seems like you might get stuff faster if you got a local Okinawa post office box or address and have the package delivered by the Japanese postal service.

Could have it go straight to the house but then the wife would be seeing it before me and don't need that happening. Besides with vaping stuff Japanese customs have been known to play games and some of their folks don't know the rules and have messed up some shipments for a couple people I know.
