That begs the question of do the prizes being awarded have tc activated or are they the non tc version will need the smok rep to give details when they appear in thread :).

I would say it comes with the tc as this is what is in the first post

Until someone rewrites the tc algorithm to accept above 1 ohm and to use kanthal, it isn't something I personally will try. As I can't use cotton, I can't use standard heads for tanks anyways.
may want to keep an eye on Innokin's Disrupter TC/ Atlas tank combo - using proprietary (non 510) thread to support a sensor in the tank for TC (as I understand it) that works just spiffily with kanthal

Ah, NOW I get it. You definitely had me scratching my head. I was like, eh?
I was NEVER going to sub-ohm, lung hit, or blow clouds either. Just wasn't going to. All seemed DUMB to me. I was a happy tootler but here's how it came to be in a mere 3 weeks. A tank VERY much like the TFV4 came on the market, and the taste was supposed to be as good as my drip attys. I never thought THAT was going to happen, so I had to try it. I need the convenience of a tank, but LOVE the flavor of dripping.

Well, it was coming with a TC compatible head, and I wanted to check it out before I bought an RBA for it so I decided to upgrade to a TC compatible mod. Not for the TC, but for the dual 18650's I could use in it. So it comes with a TC coil, and I have a tc mod.. next thing I know, I'M sub-ohming, lung hitting, and better flavor than my beloved 510 drip atties. There it is. Overnight, I'm a convert. But I understand why YOU won't. I hope they figure out the TC with Kanthal for you.

No, see I use to subohm, in-fact I was in the group of genny users 3 years ago that started sub-ohming (I wasn't the first but I did sub-ohm at that point). I don't like how low they take it now, I don't feel it is safe so took myself back up to 1.5 ohm.
