Wow, you were busy today! I feel like I am sooo far behind on...everything, lol. Being in the car for 2 days will do that to a person. I really should do the bills tonight, but I will probably wait until tomorrow when my brain is a little fresher. Safer that way.

Actually, writing it down, it doesn't look like that much... but pretty much all of them took longer than just writing it down. And dang that sweet n sour chicken was GOOD! I thought I only had 3 chkn breasts left, just enough for a 2 person/1 night meal... turned out to be 4, so there was so much chicken on our plates, my husband takes one look and says "did you put any chicken in that?"
