We get ours locally from a specialty shop. All they do is like oils and vinegars. It's soooooo good. Way better than anything found at a super market. We sometimes sip the balsamic on its own.
Don't mind the messy bottles, they get a lot of use.

They all sit on the phone line and wait for me to put the feeders up daily. Must say I am really looking forward to bear season this year. This one is not afraid of people... you yell at it and it sits down and looks at you.

We have done that as well, but this stuff come out so clean and pure. We just buy it. And the side effect is it helps a local business! They are good peoples there.
