Correct. Wife is not happy with no ac blowing through the vents.

At least your's was working.When we moved into our house 2 years ago,there was a brand new furnace and central air unit installed,it didn't work right at all,if it was 90 outside,it would only get it down to around 87 in the house.We had the repair guy come out and make sure everything was right on it,and he said everything was good.The only thing i can figure is because the tubes for the vents run up into the very hot attic to the vents in the ceiling,that the air is getting heated back up as it moves through the attic.So we have a brand new unit that doesn't get used,and had to revert to window a/c units haha.
