So we have a brand new unit that doesn't get used,and had to revert to window a/c units haha.

Yeah, we have one in the bedroom upstairs so we don't have to run the central air at night. Taking the dog for a walk then heading up there. I'll be in the AC tomorrow at work but my Wife is a stay at home Mom so after she takes my daughter to the bus stop she has to sit in the heat all day. We got a guy coming out Tuesday.

It's been unseasonably "cool" up this way the past few weeks. Tides are turning, and we're expected to be in the 90's this week (I am not stoked for hot 'n' humid)

We don't usually turn on the furnace till sometime between Halloween and Thanksgiving... any cool mornings, space heaters can handle it, because it'll likely still be going to 70-80 in the afternoon.
