I suspect it's on ECF, but it's quite possible it was used elsewhere - note: this usage must relate to e-cigs and NOT to any other substance!

That's probably the difference then.most of my orders have been under $25 at a time,so the only option for free is no tracking and on the slow boat haha.I made the mistake of using that 2 times,both times were in stock items,shipped next day and took a month to get,so since then i have always just paid the extra,i think i usually pay just under $1,then it's like your's average 8--12,but i've gotten a few in 6.
