I just put them on the list as they came. But still missing one...even with the vape/vaping question.

According to SJ, I believe, #45 is the winner of the First use of Vape question.
This leaves #44 Questionable from the Duplicate name listing.
This MAY be a PIF unit going to a Hospitalized member.
