Ah. I can't remember exactly, buuuut I haz a blog entry that details all the spare parts for the kayfun and where to get em. You will be able to find the exact specs there 
Thanks - just answered my own question (had to strip RSBT original setup as getting burnt taste) - the screws are 4mm long (threaded part). Hope this helps someone.
Did you figure out what was causing the burnt taste? Inquiring minds...

Thanks for your other post where you mentioned DFW Vapor. Just got mine today and with freebies too. Mine is set up using the WC116 Ceramic Wick with about 2 mm protruding from the holes just enough to prevent deck flooding. I'm using 50/50 mix.
Regarding that burnt taste. Vacuum is forming inside tank, preventing the e-liquid from seeping thru the coil. I tried to remove the fill screw and replaced it with a loose or flat cotton just to cover the fill hole. Try that and let me know.
Okiedokie, although I'm not really anticipating any problems, my juice is so extremely thin, and I use rayon, which wicks like a champion. I should have my RSBT tomorrow -- I'm so excited! I'm probably gonna be standing out there at the mailbox when my vapemail shows up!
I'm also expecting a new white vv3, and some plastic bottles from MadVapes for all this DIY stuff I'm starting to try and learn, so tomorrow's gonna be an awesome vapemail day!

Can anyone post a picture of the atty, specifically the wick hole? Curious to see how large exactly is it.

I just got my Rsbt Saturday. I can fit a 2mm micro screwdriver in the slot, so I think that's a 5/64 drill bit. So far the draw is very airy wide open which I like. The flavor is excellent! I've only put one build in it so far wicked with cotton cut flush with the wick holes. I made sure that the cotton was just lightly filling the holes and I'm finding I get occasional dry hits. I don't know if it's vacuum lock or the cotton just can't keep up. I'm going to try some different wicking styles.
I don't really like the thumb screws, when I rebuild next I'm going to see if the slotted thumb screws from my caterpillar fit. They look like the same size... I'll post again if they fit.
Has any one figured out a good wicking method with cotton? I'm hesitant to fill the bottom of the chamber with cotton, which I've heard is one method.

Not to sound like an idiot, but you're talking about when the chimney is on right? Cos that's exactly what I'm hoping for!

First off, I'm wondering if anyone who's accustomed to cotton or rayon has tried it with the (I presume) silica that comes in it, and if so, how's that? As lacking as every other silica vape? I'm just wondering if I want to yank that outta there and wick it myself, with rayon. I'd even try it out with cotton if anyone cares, I still have plenty of organic cotton balls. Also, since they did pre-coil and pre-wick it, does the RSBT not need to be cleaned as the kayfuns always seem to need it?
Anyway, I got momentarily distracted because DFWvapors sent me a free gift apparently, a 30ml bottle of this house blend of theirs called "Broad Street" which purports to be a "tobacco flavor," and I guess it *sort of* is, but it's really a sweet taste, almost graham-crackery sweet. It says it was born on 3-14-14 so I guess it's steeped about as much as it's going to, so I doubt it's going to get any better. Not really a fan of sweet tobacco flavors, except maybe that Long Bottom Leaf pipe sauce, which is so complex it defies you to figure out what notes you're actually tasting -- coffee, chocolate, tobacco, something else...? But this Broad Street... nothing like that. Might be somewhat like a graham cracker pie crust that's been stored in a humidor with sweet pipe tobacco, that's about the best I can describe it.
So anyway... off to play with the RSBT.

All of these I've tried are cotton wick:
Single piece of cotton. Trails ticked down sides by liquid channels. Poor wicking after some time. Dry vapes.
Filled well. Restricts airflow if not set up right, would be easier with vertical coil. Not too bad, but pain in the .... to get right amount of cotton to prevent dry vape or flood.
Single piece of cotton, flush in channels, but not petruding. Excess tails are down in well. This is what is working somewhere right now for me. I have had some flood issues, but minimal. I added a little small piece at each channel to prevent liquid from just going into well. Not bad, but not great. One build is a little dry, other is working just fine.
