I got mine before GV carried them... but according to the pics on the GV website, the chrome one does have the metal switch
Is this the 1 million click switch? Does this bolt have the heavier gauge wire on the switch?
Ok. So I'm thinking to myself, If I buy two (the chrome and the black anodized) and swapped out the switches, and gave the chrome with the plastic switch to my brother (who I just converted to vaping) for X-mas. Then I could easily justify the expense..Right?
How much of a PITA do you think it will be to swap out the switches?
Yes - ours does have the metal switch, the gun metal has the black rubber switch...
I can't say.... I haven't taken the time to disassemble one yet.
I would venture a guess that getting the press fit nylon disk that is on the inside out would be the only fiddly part... once that is done, you would need to get the hot glue they use cleaned up so you can remove the bolt on the inside that holds the switch in...
