I'm getting a new tank soon and want to know what you guys think about the pyrex aro 2. What's the difference in weight compared to the evod and the mt3s? does the pyrex aro 2 work well with the kgo battery?
I know this doesn't really answer your questions, but I prefer the Smoktech Aro Pyrex. It's single coil, so you'll use less juice. The coils come in quite a few different ohms. I use the higher ohms. They're the only tanks I use. They hold quite a bit more juice too.
I don't really like the way that tank looks so that's why I was asking about the pyrex aro 2, are you saying the pyrex aro 2 is dual coiled? don't both tanks use the same coil heads?
Except for the drip tip, there is seriously no difference between the Aro Tank 1 and 2. Zilch. They both use the same BCC heads, they're both made of pyrex glass. And neither one has a removable drip tip. Personally, I prefer the first version because the window in the side is a little bigger. I'm a big fan of SmokTech BCC's and own several of both.
Oh! Both Aro tanks will work with any battery that has an ego connection.

Last thing. If you like the idea of the Aro, but you want something that holds more juice, try Hoosier's SmokTek Trophy tank. Nice tank, uses the same heads as the Aro does. If you read the Hoosier review, you'll see I'm not the only who loves 'em! The tanks have a 510 connection, but Evod's are 510 and ego threaded.
Why am I getting a rubber taste from the coil head that came with my new pyrex aro 2? Also, how am I supposed to know what ohms the coil heads are if it doesn't say right on the head itself like the kanger coil heads do?
