Here's my photographic contribution to the Smoktech Telescope thread...

That GS-Sub2 looks amazing! There's always something new, right? Funny how they come up with all this good stuff a month or two before China shuts down for a month or more and no one can get anything for awhile! lol!

YourFired...that's just your basic Smok 6ml tank in smoke black with a Clarion drip tip. Since my juice doesn't damage the PP tanks I can use them. :)

Well, like Pbusardo mentioned in that review, if the connection were lowered, you'd need some kind of vent holes or grooves *for airflow, otherwise, there would be a very stiff draw. In my photos above, you can see the tiny gap that is present is not bad at all. Hardly noticeable actually. I guess it's a matter of personal preference. I had a Buzz Pro, which had a quarter of an inch tall connector and separated the tank from the mod by as much. Looked kinda goofy I guess, haha.

Lol true, it isn't that noticeable. Oh and that is why I sold my buzz pro it got on my nerves, ha.

I'll definitely try that vv Telescope whenever it becomes available in the US. I like being able to turn up the voltage depending on which juice I'm using or cartos. And the telescoping function just rocks, that you can easily adjust to use various sized batts and not have to keep separate extension sleeves and caps around to achieve that.

I can highly recommend the stainless steel telescope. It has a threaded top cap and bottom cap, so if you have a kick, you can adjust it from the top without taking it out. You just change the battery from the switch end and the kick can stay in. There are no threads showing when used with the kick and an 18490 battery. Outstanding!

Edit: Forgot to mention the adjustable centre pin, no more post pulling.

I watched the Busardo review and I'm definitely interested myself if they lower the connection and put less vent holes.

If you want fewer vent holes...they ARE available! And the ones with fewer vent holes are smoother. Just look carefully at the pictures of the device on the vendor's site you are using. Hint: check LF and HECS. Not sure if LF has them in stock right now...they sold out over the Black Friday sale. But worth a look. Last time I looked HECS had them...in chrome only, though. [EDIT: referring to the telescopes with the 2 vents holes that were modded by Smoktech...there are lots of places that sell the telescope with the after-market modding with the multiple vent holes].

The connection isn't a problem at all. Not noticeable. (shrugs)
