I was thinking about ordering a SmokTech Telescopic mod and I know the tube is designed to
work with all of the 18xxx batteries.. BUT Im a 5.5 - 6.0 volt vaper and i was wondering if
you can stack 2 CR123A batteries in it or if there is another stacked configuration that will
work for using this mod as a 6 volt device. Im also not sure about how tall 2 of those batteries
are and dont even know if it will fit.. The device is telescopic up to 5".

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on what batteries and any other potential needed
things to accomplish it.

I know some will make comments about stacking batteries with no protection so please dont
flame.. Im looking for legitimate suggestions for getting this setup to work before i buy it and
im well aware of the risks associated with stacking batteries.

Why not go with 2 stacked (protected) batteries and up the ohms on the atty/carto? 7.2 volts instead of 6? They make atties/cartos for HV with ohm ratings that will do this. Of course the protected batts are longer, and IDK if they both fit into the PV. I think they would if it telescopes to 5 ". Just a thought.

It's easier to change ohms than the device. Gives you more mAh too. And standard batteries and standard charger.

P.S. IMR would work stacked too, and probably save a couple of mm.
My understanding is that the new version has vent holes. Check what you are getting. :)

Are 100% sure that the plunger button is plastic on the SS 2 MODEL? I just called up some vendors that sell the SS SOMKTECK telescope and they saY it all pure SS,botom button and all.

I have no clue about the current model, but this is an old post and was accurate when I posted it.
