A few months ago I decided to buy some 900mAh Ego PVs from smoktech to sell to my friends and relatives and many things went wrong and I'll never be relying on Smoktech again.
The first thing that went wrong was that they sent me 650mAh kits instead of 900mAh kits which I explicitly and repeatedly stated I needed and the worst part of it was that I paid for the 900mAh kits, not for the 650mAh kits. I wanted to replace them but they told me I would have to pay for return shipping, which is around $300 and they won't simply debit the difference to my Paypal account because they told me they have no proof that I received the wrong merchandise. So that's about $300 dollars lost and I have to lower the price of the kits because obviously I'm not selling the 900mAh kits.
The next thing that went wrong, which may have been my fault, was that I paid through gift payment for an order of LR atomizers. The agent I was interacting with was on vacation for a week during which I sent the payment. Upon her return, I asked her if she could send me the LR atomizers and she said that they have no record of my payment and that I may have sent it to the wrong address. So the next thing I did was open a dispute, not for a purchase, but for a wrong transaction as gift payments can't be used for transactions. Paypal confirmed that the payment was received by the recipient on the date I sent it but the agent at Smoktech repeatedly said that they could not find any transaction on that date coming from me. So $200 goes in the trash and no LR atomizers for me.
Anyways, since nothing can be done about that, I hope other people will think twice before ordering from smoktech as their communication with buyers is terrible. Now I'm pretty much breaking even on anything I sell which is obviously not comforting for all the trouble.
