Recent order, did I get lucky or screwed?

Definitely got lucky. My order came in today and even though I've never seen them in person the Smoktech turbo and mini Zmax are authentic as far as I can tell. Both had factory boxes and were in new condition. I haven't been able to test them out because I have no bats, it was kinda an impulse buy. There was a hickup where the zolt cubed kit had everything but the zolt. I contacted them through the site and they replied within 2 hrs to tell me they were sending another. Awsome customer service considering how good a deal I got on the other things, I probably would have settled for free shipping on my next order. =)

I ordered 10 Protank 2s at $1.49 each with an additional 10%. I planned on gifting them and keeping a few. All ten arrived. Shipping was excellent and quick, even a hand written thanks on the inventory list. Definitely plan on ordering from them again. I am sad to see that they changed the price back to 2.99 as on sale, but it's still a deal.

I got my order today. Good news and bad news.

I ordered 4 Protank 2s, 4 Protank 3s and some drip tips. The Protanks are all authentic. I was happily surprised that these are the full kit, tank, 2 coils and an Ego beauty ring. $1.49 per kit is a steal.

I got worried after opening one of the Protank 3s. I screwed a coil into the base and noticed it looked crooked on the bottom. Could not get it into the tank bottom. I tried a coil from my stash of coils, same thing.

So I put it back in the box and started to open the rest. All is good with the other seven. Phew! What a relief! One bad base out of eight isn't bad. I plan to buy some AFC bases anyway so it's not a problem at all really.

They were $1.15 short on postage so I will need to pay the carrier back. Again, no big deal.

The bad base was Kanger's fault, not ecigsupply's so I will probably buy from them again.
