Smoktech Warranty Problems???

Hi! I'm new to the forums. I'm wondering if any of you have had problems in trying to get smoktech to honor their 6 month warranty.

I'm terribly frustrated at their refusal to honor the warranty. The device seems to have had a bad chip. I'm beyond the vendors warranty and smoktech doesn't seem to care.

I'm in doubt that US warranty laws will have any affect on a Chinese company.

Welcome , but just as you have stated . Our laws , have no effect on the Chinese . I seriously doubt , you will ever get any satisfaction , out of them . You may pay less for the device , but the warranty is nonexistent . All I can do , is offer some condolences , for your POC device .

As far as im aware, they only have a 90 day warranty....
