Isn't it the Vivi Nova with the 2 wick head?
Discount vapors sells both style of heads for these. They have the flat top head with 4 wicks and the cone tip with 2 wicks.
The claim that both style of these heads fit many devices.
""This coil head fits:
Vivi Nova
Thor Clearomizer
CE4 Rebuildable Clearomizer (CE5)
Vision 2.0 Rebuildable Clearomizer ""

Which leads me to believe that if all of the above devices had the same style head installed, then the main thing that could effect vapor performance would be air flow....dunno, just a theory, but it does sound plausible.

Edit: MVS heads have what I call 2 wicks hanging or 1 wick.
DV heads show twice that many. So what they call 2 wicks looks like 4 hanging.
DV link...here.
MVS link....here.

With so many choices of heads and wicks, we might have to be particular when asking someone how many wicks and what type of head.

So bnrkwest, does yours look like the pick at MVS with the cone top and single wick?
Does the base of the head look the same as the one at DV?

Well the screw tank head definitely is as pictured on MVS, one wick. I am amazed how well it works tho. I have had zero dry hits, zero burnt, I have the LR head ,so vape at the lowest volts setting on my provari 2.9 and my Twists lowest is 3.2 I think, works great. I see the tank style is the same look as a Vivi Nova, which I have not tried because so many had problems with them. But this Screw tank is ready to work out of the box and works really well. As a good test I put in Bounty Hunter and a few drops of distilled water, wicked perfectly. I am amazed :) bnrk

I have tried sooooooooo many clearos and they just keep letting me down until I tried this SMOKteck Screw Tank which is just a big clearo with wicks, it works great! I got it from MYVAPORSTORE, on sale too. It is so far the best working wick set up I have used. bnrk

I ordered a couple from MVS for use on my new Provari, based on your glowing review.

Would be nice to find an alternative juice delivery system other than carto tanks.

Well I made two mistakes with it, don't over fill past the wicks, juice got in the air tube and leaked out bottom, user error! Then I put it on my ego and voltage was set at highest, I fried the head and wick-DANG! User error for sure. BUT works perfectly at low volts for LR head and also when not over filled works perfect. I best go order more heads! ha ha I will try the SR one as well. It is just so easy to use, not sure if these are the same as Vivi Nova but named differently, haven't a clue, but I like this one called screw tank by SMOKteck. bnrk

MVS calls it a screw tank in their title, but the URL also says vivi nova...

Code:

In the description I just read while ordering heads :) says the Screw Tank is SMOKteck's answer to Vision's Vivi Nova, so looks like different manufacturers. But I agree they do look alike in style. bnrk

Hope you like it! I was actually looking for Kanger cartos for my glass tanks and saw the screw tank there for sale and thought oh why not try it, I keep looking for the perfect clearo style. LOL I did also try Smokteck's smaller new clearo, it works pretty good too. It works best filled on the smaller version, I got that one from Got Vapes. What I like is they are all polypro tanks so do not crack. bnrk

It also looks like the Screw Tank holds alot more juice than the Vivi Nova. Anyone with Vivi Nova, is the tank material also polypropylene rather than polycarbonate? Looks like it is polypro. I really hate polycarbonate, nothing for vaping should be made out of it because it cracks. Plus polypro tastes better too. bnrk

I saw a comparison pic on one of the sites, I think Got Vapes, of the Vivi vs Smok Screw tank side by side, showed the Screw tank holds more and also its metal threads are glued or molded into the polypro tube. Looked like better design and construction.

Also, I'm pretty sure the Vivi is still using polycarbonate.

I think I ordered either 2.0 oHm or 3.0 oHm replacement heads with my order.

The Screw tank is very well constructed for sure plus being polypro was a big deal for me to even try it. I won't order anything with polycarbonate anymore, just not worth the hassles. bnrk

Here is the other clearo by Smokteck I tried, it is small sized SMOKtech eGo SCT 2.0ohm 2.5ml Clearomizer Mini TANK - RED [gv-SMOKtecheGoSCT-2.0ohm-RED] - $7.45 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more This is the one that works best filled, as it goes down in juice I have to swish it around to get the juice to wicks. But for on the go, it is better than other clearos I have tried like CE4's, because this will not leak from cracks in the tube since it is polypro. I filled mine up 3 times and it is still working :) bnrk

Everything about that head reminds me of the stardust.
I loved the flavor that it provided, but it suffered from air flow.
Since many of these heads look similar or interchangeable, again, the main thing would be the design of the air ports as long as the top seal doesn't restrict juice flow.

I'm still using my CE3's but decided to give rebuildables a try.

Thanks for the info bnrk and keep us updated on it.
I'm looking for something that requires little to no fiddling for the wife.

That does make sense about the air flow. Actually after having many different clearos I tried, it does seem weird how some work and some don't. I have torn them all apart to see whats inside and they all look basically the same to me.
One clearo I liked as well was the Kanger, has a plunger in it, but the outer casing was carbonate so they all cracked in time and all leaked. I have several CE clearos, they all cracked & leaked but flavor was good for awhile. Apollo I had and nothing but trouble for me &. Phoenix nothing but trouble. So I sure have been trying but some just don't work. Hope you find something for your wife that she likes :) bnrk
