Update: 8-29-12 I just wanted to give some more updates. There is a good video on Got Vapes under SMOKteck Titan tank about using the Screw tank, it has just been renamed to Titan. Worth watching. I also have been using these every day now so have found what works best for me. After the tank sits and you want to vape, give it some turns to get top of wick wet on both sides, at least a minute, 30 sec on each side of wick. If I don't do that I will get a dry hit if it was setting around for a while. First vape take a short easy draw to be sure the juice is wicked.
Also keep volts as low as possible so you don't get burning. I have one 2 ohm and one 3 ohm going, I only increase the 3 ohm to around 3.5 V. It is working great. Also be sure you don't screw the tank on too much to your PV, be sure you have plenty of air flow. This is still the best wick vape I have had. I like these. bnrk

Thanks for the update :)
I watched a vid from Vape Team Live where they reviewed the Kanger T2; Smok's vivi rebuild.; Visions Vivi & Smok's screw tank.
They gave the T2 and Vision Vivi a thumbs up w/ thumbs down to the rest. They actually called the T2 a "CE4 aka Stardust"...lol.
(CE4 is bottom coil and CE4+ is a top coil)
That didn't stop me from ordering Smok's vivi rebuild as I'v got modding plans for it.
I don't remember what the issues were w/ the screw tank.

But if it works for you, that's all that matters! Have you had to do any tweaking or modding bnrk?

Let us know how the Smok vivi rebuild goes, have not tried that or the Vision Vivi either. As for the screw tank I have done nothing to it but replace a burnt head/stem I fried by using too high of volts. I find it works best filled just to the top of wicks but below the rubber cup part. I did not do any notching of a rubber cup by the wicks because it was working well already. I have gotten some dry hits when juice gets low and I did not allow the wicks to soak up juice for a minute before using. But just using as is out of the box :) bnrk
