Is anybody else having this problem? I had one draining from the battery connector so i filled a brand new one with the same brand and flavor of liquid and got the same results. The other one i have filled with a different brand and flavor works just fine. Is it a possibility that my liquid is too thin and seeps through the coil? Or is it more likely that i received 2 damaged smokys? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I may have figured out what was going on, I'll give my theory but I'd still like to hear others. I think it does have to do with how thin or thick a liquid is. I did a couple "experiments" if you will, and determined that they only leak while im refilling and havent put the rubber stopper back in. i refilled quickly this time and got the stopper back in then left the smoky standing upright on the battery connector and havent lost a drip yet. I also removed the stopper from the one filled with the thicker liquid and let it stand upright. After a few minutes, it to started leaking. I hope this post will give some insight to folks that were as fed up as i was, I hate losing my favorite liquid!

It's the stopper. I forgot to put it back in once and freaked out. If that stopper isn't there, the liquid will run right out. It serves to hold vacuum in the tube, sort of like when you put your finger on the end of a straw and the liquid stays in there.
