I am looking for a smoothing recipe and can't find one anywhere. I have racked my brain trying to think of what to mix together but for some reason I am drawing a total blank today. Can someone out there please help before my head explodes.

I was thinking the same thing and now just trying to find a place to get it. I already put in a order from flavourart.it and it's been shipped so no changing it
. I looked on purevapes site and I don't see it on there. I guess on searching I go.
I found and ordered it! Now to get it and get just the right taste.

It is probably FA's Yogurt, which is like 1.7% diacetyl IIRC, so be careful with it. I got some vanilla bean ice cream on order since I keep hearing good things about it. That at least only has acetyl propionyl, so less chance of diacetyl-like things.
I won't be mixing it at a high % and I have read up on it a bit and with the total mix it isn't to bad once your done. Yes it is FA that I got. The vanilla bean ice cream that I got from TFA is good and I use it in all my shakes so yummy!
I have not tried the cheesecake yet, but that might help give it a smoothie type flavor.....when I hear "cheesecake", I think of the traditional that my mom used to make with sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, etc. But it is the cream cheese and sourcream mixed that makes me think of a true "plain" yogurt flavor that we use in our smoothies at home.
To try the cheesecake I will have to wait until my bottle of Lorann's comes in tomorrow because the bottle of TFA that I have just taste nasty to me.
Well, as I have told other people, those FA with over 1% still worry me. FA doesn't disclose other chems which PA calls "custard notes" which have some amount of diacetyl too, so it could be above 1.7% imho... These diacetyl amounts, even diluted in a recipe are still on par with or above levels of diacetyl workers who have gotten sick are exposed to. I would at least vape sparingly too.
I still vape these myself... I'm not convinced they are harmful as long as you aren't breathing them constantly for hours for day after day. Anyhow, what are your shake recipes? Someone gave me some Liquid Xpress "Mr Bean" but I don't really know what it is. I got some PA van. bean ice cream coming too though.
Thanks for the advice and I should be okay because it is only going to be a occasional vape for me (I'm a tobacco flavor vaper). I am on a diet and have noticed that the sweet vapes really help the cravings.
My strawberry shake is (using Dan's calculator)
Vanilla Bean Icecream 60%
Strawberry 20%
Malted Milk 20%
If I am in the mood for the cool feeling I add a drop or two of koolada. I love how it gives you that cold feeling without altering the taste.
I do chocolate,vanilla,strawberry banana,peach etc. and I just change the strawberry flavoring for whatever other flavor I am wanting at the time. I can't remember but I was thinking the shake recipe or at least close to it was something I found on here. There is only one recipe that I came up with 100% by myself and that is my hopscotch recipe which I just finished the other day after months of trial and error. This forum is GREAT for recipes because even if they don't fit your taste buds you can tweak them here and their to get them just the way you like them

Nice, I am going to give that a try. I don't even know what hopscotch is supposed to be, something + butterscotch? I'd love to hear your recipe for that as well. Is your koolada the stuff from PA? I think that was on my list to try too.
Yes the koolada is from PA aka now known as TFA=The Flavor Apprentice. freedomsmokeusa says that the hopscotch is "All those awesome flavors from the HopScotch you know and love. Butterscotch, creams, caramels all kinds of yummy flavors packed into this taste explosion!!!" I bought a bottle of it so because my neighbor had gotten a sample bottle of it and begged me to make her some more when she ran out. It took what seemed like forever but I finally got it right. The next thing I am going to try to duplicate is snickerdoodle but I have to wait for my bottle of it to come in from Mrs. T's first so that I will have something to compare my mix to.
I have been thinking about posting it but I am wanting to have a few more people test it first to make sure it is perfect
