smoov rev problem

I just bought a smoov rev, YESTERDAY. This is not my first e-cig. I've been vaping for a few years now. I had it in my pocket. Took my dog for a walk, had dinner, came in to eat, now it won't fire atomizers even though it's freshly charged and the LED lights up. When hooked up to the charger there is no indication that it is plugged in. I tried pulling up the center post, nothing. what could this be? It's new, it's never been dropped or wet or abused at all.

Have you talked with Smoov about this? My GUESS is that you have no connection between the atomizer/cartomizer/whatever you are using and the battery. It is not that uncommon for this to happen. There is a simple fix...GENTLY/CAREFULLY pry the battery contact UP just a micrometer and see if it fires.

Edit: Sorry, I didn't read that you had already tried this.

it's just so weird. I used it fine. Put it in my pocket, not a half hour later, nothing. I was sitting down! how could this happen? All I did was use a q-tip to wipe some juice out of the battery connection. Did I not pull the pin up far enough? I pulled it up a few times, higher each time. nothing.

You had high expectations of the smoov....and of ECF...
Perhaps expect a bit more from yourself and don't buy off brand POOPOO.
Your "Smoov rev" POOPOOED the bed.... And you are surprised and ...... at EVERYONE but the person who made the decision and spent the money. Suck it up sweetie...If this is your worst day.....Smile!
