SMY God Mod button

Hey all,

I've had the God mod now for almost 2 months, and this morning my firing button started to sink in, and then ceased to fire.
Naturally I went looking inside to see what had happened. Upon opening the cover, I noticed that the button that is mounted on the circuit board itself, had bent.
Now those of you who have a God mod, know about the clickiness of the buttons, primarily the power/firing button. It no longer does that. It doesn't fire either.

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this issue before, and is there a fix, other than having the button itself replaced.

Ftr, warranty from vendor has expired. Already contacted Simeiyue, apparently they offer 3 months warranty, awaiting a reply from them.

Best to send it back as you will need the button swapped out. I the board may have moved, allowing the pressure on the ship to push it inward.

I heard back from Simeiyue, they will be sending me a video on how to fix it.... Not sure if that will work, but we shall see!

If you do happen to experience this issue, this is a quick video from SMY as to how to fix it.
It did not work for me as the actual button appears to be damaged, but this should work for most people.

They told you to fix it? I would of asked for a rma right then and there. The device is messed up and you want me to fix it, so when i send it in you say i damaged the device and you won't honor the warranty. No thanks
