The problem I have is coming back inside from break while I'm at work and forgetting not to take a puff as I'm walking to my desk since we aren't allowed to vape inside. Lol at night when the cleaners and me are the only people in the building I'll openly vape inside because they don't care. The only place I really stealth vape is in a theater. I do avoid vaping inside around kids though, it is easy enough to go in another room or outside.

I was vaping in a restaurant the other day and blowing the 'smoke' into my boobs so that my shirt would get rid of some of the vape haha, it didn't work that well... I made it look like my chest was steaming..... It was entertaining for the friends that I was with. Just felt like sharing. Also trying to do my first 5 posts so that I can be official or whatever haha.

I usually go outside at lunch time. A few times I stayed in and almost absent-mindedly started vaping after eating lunch in the break room. Oopsie, glad caught myself.

Once I was stealth vaping in a restroom at work, and our fire alarm went off. I was sure it was because of me but turns out it was an actual small but smoky electrical fire in an old school video game machine that we keep in the office. Nearly gave me a heart attack! Just to be careful, I blow it directly into the exhaust fan now. :vapor:

Same here. I walked out of an elevator the other day, and as a couple got on behind me, I heard "it smells like a pipe in here...":). I was vaping an odd MBV 555/Vanilla Custard/Blueberry combo.:vapor::evil:

My husband says my Blueberry Muffin/Banana Nut Bread (no tobacco at all, but WTA in the mix) smells like pipe tobacco - not the smoke, the tobacco.

On the yacht I work on I have set off the alarms, twice. I was sitting directly under it. As far as stealth vaping or smoking goes, my last boss of 14 years NEVER knew I smoked! The present new boss will never know I vape either. However, my hubby, the Captain chews nicorette gum all the time in front of him. I also chew the gum when out to lunch or dinner with the boss. It hardly seems fair, because after all it is just the way we are getting the nicotine, but the perception of vaping is that, it is smoking, and therefore is not acceptable. I just don't want to press the issue and have him tell me I can't vape IN the boat. Which I do all the time. And would do it even if he told me not to. I am such a rebel. I have turned other yachties onto vaping and they are so thankful of not having to go out on the dock to smoke. It is just the nic we are after, who cares anymore about ciggies?, when there is vaping?

This is exactly why I discreetly vape in the bathroom of my mom's pvt hospital room -- much better if some Nurse Ratched never actually TELLS me I can't do that. Sure I can. :D And it sure makes the hospital room smell better!!! ;)

Last Saturday, while out and about, I had the unfortunate and unplanned visit to the local emergency room of the local hospital. I had my backpack with an extra battery and some juice and did some stealth vaping after being admitted and in my room. I had a procedure done on Monday and stealth vaped until released from ICU on Thursday. Normally a chain vaper, but due to being in a environment where almost everything is frowned upon but eating, my second battery still had enough of a charge to get me home to a charger yesterday.

Do be careful around smoke detectors. Almost all models bounce a beam of light onto a sensor. If the beam of light gets obstructed/weakened by too many particles of smoke or vapor, the alarm goes off. Detector doesn't differentiate

Case in point: An airline that prefers to remain unnamed once carried a large number of monkeys in the forward cargo hold of their plane. They did have a fire alarm from that very forward hold about two hours into flight and made an emergeny landing at the next airport.... No fire....Everything fine except for (as it later transpired in the investigation ) a well-meaning but uninformed soul had fed them monkeys unripe bananas, drastically accelerating their digestive processess... to sum up the investigation report : smoke detectors were set off by flying moneky **** ...

Do carry a tissue...for exhaling into, I mean ;)

I'm glad I'm not the only one that vapes in public! I have a newfound love for public restrooms! :)

I vape whenever I am on the streets. But some places now have signs, "No smoking within 25ft of doorway!" The bathroom thing is only for when I am shopping or dining, and it smells better after I leave. I once had to vape into the freezer because the boss came into the galley unexpectedly!

lmfao oh man this was too funny! I have also done the same but was always afraid that someone was going to walk in as soon as I was exhaling only to see the cloud come up over the bathroom stall! I know were not the only ones. I even heard another lady in the stall next to me vaping away like nothing! I tend to be a sneaky vapor when I am out in public as I dont know when I am clear to vape and when Im in a major no zone! I usually tend to peep the scene around me to see if I can spot another vaper. Once I spot that individual I feel like an instant follower. Kind of like "well if he/she is doing it then so can I" haha I also dont want to upset others so I tend to keep it tucked away until im in the clear or a good distance away from people! Sometimes it makes you feel as though your doing something your not suppose to be!
