According to what folks are telling me, I've STOPPED snoring since about 6 weeks after I started vaping! I come from a long line of 'snorers' (who were also smokers), so I'm kinda surprised to hear I'm dropping 'the family tradition...and PLEASED if it's true! :)

Anybody else get this gracious side effect as a result of vaping??

You're sinuses are getting healthier if you are decreasing your nicotine intake ;) I don't have a source, but I remember when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea they told me that nicotine causes swelling in the sinus which increases snoring. Also, nicotine paralyzes the cilia which sweeps out the dirt and mucus from your lungs.

I'll gladly snore in lieu of the all night hacking! Snoring might bother my bride, but hacking bothered both of us.

Interesting that some folks experienced a change, while others have not. I don't know long it will last, but as some have mentioned, allergy season will probably be a whole new ball game for me.

I can tell I'm breathing easier while asleep, and sinuses aren't swollen in the mornings...but I'm thinking about setting up a 'sound activated recorder' by my head, to see if it's really true! (Also might be good to find out if I'm really talking and calling names in my sleep, as some have accused! )
