I've been vaping for 3 months now. The first month I was on the Blu's. Their 100% vg. I hacked and coughed as expected when quitting smoking. Your body ejects as much crap as possible. About 3 weeks in I found a huge amount of build up in my sinus passages and nostrils. Nasty caked on stuff. I blew my nose constantly and noticed it was bleeding a little. It felt like my nose was very dry and my body was over compensating for it. By week 6 it was the worst. I switched to a 70pg juice and it made a huge difference almost immediately. Now it's been 3 months and all that's behind me. I feel better than ever.

All sorts of weird changes are occurring I find. Only been off cigs just shy of 3 weeks myself. I expected some weirdness, but feel it's still healthier than smoking cigarettes.

You know when you get something in the mail and there's a fake credit card attached to the paper? Those little adhesive drops are applied by vapers who've taken up supplemental employment to support their hobby. Oy, I had to go there.

Would that be considered "recycling"?

If it's inside I call it booger. If it's taking a peek, I call it the cliff hanger :D

But if it's down to your chin, then it's a cleft hanger.

BTW, didn't our moms tell us, "Don't pick it or it won't heal!!!"?

I stopped smoking over two months ago and I've been trying various juices from all sorts of vendors, and regardless of which juice or how I vape it, I randomly get a very sticky mucus that lines the walls of my nostrils that I fear is some sort of juice build-up caused by the vapor or something, and I'd like to hear from former smokers to see if it's just a short-term side-effect of having made the switch from analogs.

I had similar symptoms when I first started vaping. Two months in and it is far less noticeable, maybe because I have gotten used to it to some extent but mostly because it is just less pronounced. I find that if I inhale/exhale thru my nose when vaping with high VG juice it gets worse, so I expect it IS juice residue to some extent or at the very least a reaction to such. (which would be expected) I don't believe it to be harmful only because VG & PG are used in day to day food stuffs and can be readily assimilated by the body from what I have read on them.
