My replacement SW V1.5 also had a TINY sticker on the shrink wrap that said V1.5, but nowhere on the actual box!
Got a silicon case for $5 for my local B&M. They are all over ebay too.I love my new Snowwolf 1.5 200W. It's the best box mod available in my opinion. I like the feel and the fingerprints can be wiped away. I think it's up there and underrated.

The snow wolf won't break 30 watts in TC mod. At the most your looking at some ramp up time but yeah it should workis the 1.5 able to handle SS316 in TC mode?
you should find out if the copper you're seeing also plating. so i'm guessing it's chrome plated copper, brushed to look like SS? who knows, if you keep sanding you might find milk chocolate plating, bonus, yum!Has anyone else noticed that the "Stainless Steel" body of the SnowWolf is really plated copper, or am I the only one that's used it so much that the plating has worn off in spots?
I'm now considering sanding off all of the plating and polishing the copper to a mirror shine. It would certainly be a unique looking SnowWolf.

Curious- is "+" and "-" etched into the body of the mod or are they on the buttons themselves?Has anyone else noticed that the "Stainless Steel" body of the SnowWolf is really plated copper, or am I the only one that's used it so much that the plating has worn off in spots?

It would be a bit weird if it were copper as it's both more expensive and less durable than stainless steel.

They are etched into the body. The "+" is etched above the button and the "-" is etched below it.
