The 3li will come already upgraded. I got mine a while back and was upgraded out of the box. Unless you get one that is really old stock then it will be 200w out of the box. Me be has hit the pavement a couple of dozen times and got slammed in a car door. Still vapes like the first day and only has a few little dings to show for all it has been through.

I own two SnowWolfs - a 200 and a 75 - and two IPVs - a Mini and a D2 - and have to say that I go to my SnowWolfs more times than the IPVs. I don't know exactly why -- just something about the "experience" with the SWs -- the IPVs are just not as consistent of a vape for me, and I personally do not like the feel of the devices. If I had money to buy another device, I would definitely go SW over ipv, anyday.
BTW - I also just purchased an Hohm wrecker - got it for $82.99 with free shipping from VaporBeast. I can't yet comment on it yet, but I am definitely looking forward to it as everything I have read is that it is very accurate and hits like a beast.

I pulled trigger on a Li, cool new 4 bay charger supposedly just landing stateside and 4 25rs all for less than $105. Will do review one the vendors and products once I get them and give em a workout.
