Yea, that's not happening xD Started ecigs about 2ish weeks ago, enjoying the V2 right now, and it's great...but, I wanted something more, something to give me a longer vape time, so I ordered a mod!

I went with the provari V2.5 (?), did a lot of review hounding and reading, looked at the lavatube, a few VW mods, and several others...but I just kept getting put back to the provari. As someone on this forum once posted, it's like the tank of devices, a little more pricey, but a solid device overall, and I don't like buying something that's not going to last me.

Didn't get any 18650 batteries, just going to stick with those in the starter kit (2x 18490s). I also got the kanger pro tank for it. I was a little confused on tanks to be honest, because I kept running into the issue where a lot of tanks just didn't fit on the provari, but maybe I was reading a little too deep into that (happy for opinions on this by the way).

I chose this tank though not just because it fits, but the ease of filling and use. I like these one shot atomizers (I believe that's the correct term?) I can get with the V2, but I get really annoyed trying to decide if it's the battery going or if it's the eliquid in the device that's low, the indicator really isn't THAT great at blinking when the batter is low.

As far as eliquid, I ordered 2 different kinds, got the sampler bottle to give them a whirl. First one is clearwater, from L Js esmokes (wasn't sure on the rules for link posting, but that should find it with a good google). I'm a HUGE watermelon fan, love the flavor, but really don't want to vape a jollyrancher, this particular flavor seems a little hidden from the mainstream (at least was to me), but it's apparently the only one that's not that painfully sweet watermelon, so I can't wait!

The second one I ordered is called Coquito from the same site, I do like a good vanilla flavor (and for those that want something hilarious, vape on a vanilla flavor, and then eat a provolone cheezits, your mouth with be confused and it's hilarious xD ), and this one has coconut, vanilla, and cinnamon, so figured what the hell.

Well, shall see in a few days when it comes in the mail...well...maybe plus one day, need to let the batteries charge before initial use, then fiddle with the controls to get used to them...grrr, should have ordered expedited shipping xD

Going slow? What's that! :lol:I think you'll be quite happy with your purchase! I just slowed down the last 2 months or so! The juice was the worst part of the hunt for me once I got settled into my PV & juice delivery system. But for me slowing down only resulted in me finding other vaping obsessions. DIY, Dripping, RDAs & now about to start rebuilding my own coils. Lol! This vaping thing kinda grows on ya! But at least it's fun!

Oh! And if you love watermelon you should try deejstuff.com. I've tried a couple of different watermelons & didn't like them! His is the best I've tasted by far!

Congrats & Welcome!!

As long as the price tag didn't faze you, nothing at all wrong going with the Provari. While I personally do like the Pro Tank, it is a decidedly airy draw, and not all are fans of this. It will give you a cool draw with lots of vapor and good flavor.

There are plenty of devices that vape well on the Provari, just make sure that they are 510 threaded, which give you plenty to choose from.

Would be lieing if I said the price didn't phase me, but I wanted a better vaping experience, and while as I said, the V2 is nice, I wanted better, and I feel I'm going to get that with this set up :D

Welcome, Soully, and wow! From V2 straight to Provari and Protank. I'm impressed! :thumbs:

I did a lot of research before making the jump, looking up reviews and info about different devices. Was how I found the V2s, and while I'm keeping my eye out for VWs, for now going to stick with this one, will worry about modifications and new mods at another time ^-^

E=Provari M=Protank C=Eliquid conclusion (E=mc VAPE) Vape On!

Provari = Protank * Eliquid? I don't get it xD
