I got myself a Totally Wicked Tornado (eGO) and I love it. I ordered it with 30ml of Extra Stout Decadent Vapor Range Liquid, that and the menthol it came with are delicious.

But first off, I'd like to thank all the ECF Vets and the reviewers on youtube (GrimmGreen, MrSmoke, iGetcha69, BigIceDog to name a few) for all your reviews and detailed input that I thoroughly read and watched before making my purchase. Not only was it enjoyable to watch the videos and read the threads, but it helped me to no end to make my choice in what PV was best for me, and I couldn't be more satisfied with what I got. So again, thank you very much, and hopefully I can start my own line of reviews to help others out there looking into e cigs.

So I've had my Tornado for two weeks, and I'm still just as happy with it now as I was when I first got it. My first draw off of it actually took me by surprise. I'd done so much research I basically knew exactly how to use it and what I could use with it before opening the box. But I took a slightly shorter (3 seconds) draw than the recommended 5 seconds, and man, the throat hit had me feeling a little dizzy for a few seconds! But I got used to it and in about a day, I no longer wanted to smoke analogs anymore.

In fact, I had an analog after maybe a week of using the Tornado, and man did it taste like crap, and smoking it felt like crap too. I'm stuck on the overall feel and delicious flavors that come with e cigs.

Anyway, there's my intro, perhaps a little long.

My name is Matt, I live in Southern California, and I started smoking when I was 14. I'm 20 now, and an instant e cig convert. I look forward to being a part of the vaping community.

Hey Matt, welcome to ECF!

There are so many great resources in the vaping community. I wish every newbie new they were out there!

You obviously did your homework and chose well. You skipped a long, expensive process of trial and error, which is great. I was lucky enough to find this forum before I bought anything as well, and I had a similarly smooth transition (I started with the Kr808, which I'm sure you've heard of in your extensive research lol).

It's also great to see another young vaper! I'm 21, was a 30-a-day smoker, and switched completely to vaping about 3.5 months ago. We are a truly lucky generation of smokers - e-cigs came into the world when we were still young enough to hopefully not do any permanent damage to ourselves.

I've tried just about every other way of quitting there is, and none of them even came close to working. It's the same story with most people here. But almost anyone can make e-cigs work for them to quit, or at least cut down substantially.

Lucky us, eh?

Thanks all for the welcome. I'm glad to be here.

I certainly agree that the younger vapers are quite lucky. I imagine it made the transition much easier. I've even gotten my best friend wanting an e cigarette, and for a while he was smoking a lot more than I. After these two weeks of not smoking analogs I already feel much better, especially since a couple months ago I picked up weight lifting again.

I will be ordering some 0nic flavors as soon as I can, and probably start using it more than liquids with nicotine. I'm more addicted to the habit and feel of smoking than I am to the nicotine.

There's just so many flavors though... I feel like I have to try them all.
