NEVER dry burn a coil with a cotton wick. It will burn the wick and that kills all of the flavor. It basically ruins the coil.

I hate to say this, but you'll have to try again. Install a new coil. Prime the wick by dropping about 4 drops of juice into the coil. You may also want to smear a little juice from the bottle into the holes on the side of the coil as well. Fill the tank and put the base on it. Install it on your mod and let it sit about 15 minutes. Then take 3-4 puffs without firing the mod. After that it should be ready to use.

The flavor may seem a bit "off" at first. Sometimes cotton wicks have a little break in period before they work right. Shouldn't last too long though, maybe 1-2 dozen puffs at most.

I can see one problem you'll likely run into though. The MVP 2.0 is a little underpowered for the Nautilus tanks. Ideally you'll want to be in the 13-15W range with a Nautilus and the MVP 2.0 maxes out at 11 watts. This is going to reduce your vapor production a little and you may get a bit of gurgling or flooding from the tank. I would suggest moving up to at least a 30W mod. If you want to stay cheap the iStick 30W is very good for about $35.
thank you for being soo helpful! When I get outa work I'm gonna try a new coil if that doesn't work I've already been seriously considering the eleaf so if this doesn't work I'm raising my white flag and getting the eleaf!! :)

Sheesh I'm sorry I kno tht now the woman at the vape shop said I should dry burn it! Smh thanks for the tip!

Don't dry burn prebuilt coils , thats only for coils you wind yourself that you've taken the cotton out of.
You need to prime most prebuilt coils.
As for the mod well if it shows a significant loss in power delivered or reduction in vape time between charges then it may be on the way out.

Thank you so much for your help! I did exactly what you said and it's been 24 hours now, I'm trying one more liquid when it comes in the mail in a few days to see if that helps, so far I did what you told me to do and just to rule out it being the liquid as I said I'm gonna try a new one, in running into another problem I've never expierenced my coil is "popping" it's makes a loud crackle and shoots out liquid

I don't have an istick 50w but due to many comments about them firing by themselves I can't recommend them.
Seems to be less issues with the 30watt istick though you need to look at the resistance and tanks or drippers you want to vape and see what wattage other people are using for them. Then you'll have a ball park idea of what wattage you'll need.
Nautilus mini has been popular for a while now for people starting out and some who have been doing it for a while still use them.
I had the full size nautilus which was good but somewhat finicky , though I've read the mini nautilus is less prone to issues.

The subtank mini I used was very good, this was when they came with the horizontal coils , there are new vertical coils now , not sure if they come with the vertical coils or there a coil you buy separate. Suffice to say haven't used the vertical coils though have read that some people are running them at a higher wattage than they did for the horizontal coils.

I prefer mods that use replaceable batteries , then you choose your own batteries ( though ask around what are good ones , samsung 25R and sony vtc4 are most recommended) and you'll need a charger.

Still some people want an all in one mod and ones like the coolfire 4 and mvp pro 3.0 seem to be liked by most that have them.

The kanger subox reads good but I haven't been looking at it too much just casual comments I read.

I got the New Subtank mini a few weeks ago, and the vertical occ coils gave me spit back issues. I switched to the RBA section, and just keep dry burning and rewicking the prebuilt coil. This has been infinitely better and been lasting weeks. Switching to a higher VG helps with that tank too. 20-24W is my sweet spot.

The Nautilus Mini however has never given me any issues. No matter what ratio juice, it's always consistent. I've had one bad coil, just bad right from the start, but as long as you prime the coils they're usually good to go. I don't drip in the center of the BVC, I drip into the juice intake holes on the side and let the wick soak it up. This has kept any gurgle or spit back from happening.

I've been hearing about the Eleaf issues, I've had mine for about 2 months now and haven't had anything happen. Maybe I have one from a newer batch? Eventually I'll get a replaceable battery mod, that's just a little above my pay grade right now. :p

Same here just kinda do research and see what people say about them I'm sure a lot of it is preference and matter of opinion anyway lol

Same here. There's a whole lot of opinion about mods out there. I mainly check for safety issues, good functionality and battery life. I'm gonna need a new battery soon as well. I currently just have some Halo triton batteries and my istick 50w. I'm thinking of going for a coolfire iv and a disrupter, and see which one I like best and keep the other for a backup.

As for muted flavor, I notice that when I vape a lot, if I'm not drinking water the flavor will tend to disappear. Or I can take a sniff of coffee grounds and boom! My vape tastes awesome again. Then again, some flavors just aren't strong or well made. Change your atomizer, make sure your battery isn't dying, and try different juices. I had issues with cheap juices and/or flavorings that didn't agree with me. They were causing me to sneeze and get stuffed up, then I couldn't taste anything. Once I switched to better juices, the problem went away. Although if you've had your mod for a year, it may have hit the end of its life.

I also disagree with whoever said 11w is low for a a nautilus mini. I use my nautilus between 10-12w and I haven't ever had an issue. Tastes great and I like a cooler vape.

I think my battery is going I've had it for a year or more an it just seems to be working less than great, the charger barely even stays in anymore, I'm looking into getting a new battery so I'm torn between the eleaf Istick and the coolfire myself my nautilus mini has given me nothing but problems I hate that stupid thing lol

Jaelsz, My current setup is the E-Vic VT and Artic tank. Minus the EVic my artic tank has the full run of flavor and warm or lack of for any juice i throw at it. my evic runs up to 60W and i vape right around 45W. artic tank is a solid tank, and i have had NO issues with it. the eleaf isticks are all good, some have had issues, but eleaf has worked alot of them out, and the newer batches arent seeing as many issues.
there are many good options given here, so i thought i might offer another tank option. teh Coolfire 4 mod is great, fit nicely in teh hand, still lightweight, and holds a good charge. Unfortunately i'm beginning to wish i had waited on getting my temp control box mod, though the evic is a good box, i'm having some minor issues that are for me unsafe. and with Joyetech having removed the option to upgrade the firmware, i cant get the newer fw for my box.
I do hope you find what you are looking for and are able to vaping happily again.
