I have been searching for a new e-liquid vendor because the place I was ordering from only offered 30ml bottles and I get about half way through them and I get bored with the flavor and want something new. So I was looking for a place who offered 10 ml bottles and who were not real expensive. I found this site rocky mountain vapor, who offered the flavors I wanted in the 10 ml bottles for 6.00 and free shipping on 14.00 or more so I made a good size order....I will never do that again on a company I have not tried out before.
I got my liquid yesterday and they are all horrible. None of them taste like what they should taste like. They all taste the same and have this horrible after taste. They all have the same horrible after taste. So now I dont know what to do cause I spent all my monthly vapeing money on this liquid and it is useless to me now....

I sent the company an email letting them know how horrible there stuff was.

I live in Colorado and use a liquid from Colorado E-Smokes!

I was ...... at first when I got a 510 kit for like a hundred bucks, but they honored a 1-year warranty which was a plus. It's been a few months now and I've been swapping out atomizers on a weekly basis. They do it all for free lol.

Their kits and liquids are quite pricey.. but the liquids are absolutely scrumptious. 20 bucks for 15ml is quite high.. but I've been very satisfied with the flavors except tobacco. I think they're cheaper if you buy like 4 or more..

edit: Oh here's the link: Colorado E-Smokes Liquid

When I talked to a sales associate he gave me a discount code. I only ordered online once, but the code works. Normally I'll just travel to their kiosk location to get stuff and get a military discount lol

Code: SA04

I've never ordered from rocky mountain vapor, so I can't speak to that. But, if you're interested in another place that sells small quantities, I very much like freedomsmokeusa.com.
Ancient Puffer is right. I got a pack of carto's in last week that taste burnt. Can't get them working right. If I had used new liquid in them (and not been hanging around here for a while) I might have thought it was the liquid. QC seems to be an issue with a lot of this stuff.

If your other juice is fine, it's probably not a burnt atty/carto, but if you think it may be burnt, switch it or clean it.

I haven't tried that vendor, so I can't tell you much about them. I do know that many vendors make juice up to-order (fresh). It is normal for it to have to age a week, or it just tastes like chemical crap. Try this:

Let the hot tap water run to its hottest and put it in a coffee mug to e-juce bottle rim height. Put the cap on tightly and let the bottle sit in the hot water for a couple of hours... shake it a bit every 1/2 hour.

This will help age the e-juice and blend the flavors. Some say to leave the cap off and let it "air out" in a child-safe/pet-safe place (this is separate from the hot water step).

Thanks for the replys :) I am using a tornado tank from totally wicked. Its the exact same thing as the Ego T, It is a brand new atomizer and the remainder of my other juice I have tastes fine in it. The taste is like a sweet chemical taste.I have burnt out a couple atomizers so I know what that taste is...its nasty lol. All the juices kinda smell like they should but you can smell that sweet chemical taste im getting. They are not made to order they are sitting on a shelf. They print on the bottle what date they were made and what date they should be thrown out. Ok I think I covered everyones questions
Thanks in advance for all your help :)

If you've determined that they still aren't for you after ensuring it's not an equipment problem and steeping doesn't help (which it *usually* does), there is always the option to sell it in the classifieds or do a PIF. It's a way to recoup some of your money while allowing others to purchase juice they like or want to try for a bit cheaper. With PIF, it's a way to give back and get something you may like in return. I always suggest these two options when all else has failed. It's better than just throwing them out. :D

Actually, Rocky Mountain Vapor has been a long time, well supported supplier on ECF. I agree with the suggestion that your atty or carto could be part of the problem.

You might want to check out Liberty Flights. Abe sells 5ml bottles for $2.38 each (gotta hit the 20% off button at the top of the page) in both PG and VG and has a large selection. His shipping is $3.

It's not the juice, it's you (and me and some other people). I think we are overly sensitive to that smell/taste. I believe its either Dekang base or oxidation.

An example at our house.. my husband loves all 5 Top Vapor coffee flavors that we bought from MadVapes. I can't stand the sickeningly sweet/chemical smell of any of them. I made a DIY coffee and it's clear and it smells and tastes just like plain coffee to me. My husband tried it and said "yum, it's just like the Top Vapor coffee."

hmmmm interesting. I thought it was the liquid because my other liquid does not have that taste at all....
Well on payday im going to get some of the flavoring stuff that another girl mentioned and see if I can make it better for me.

Yeah I looked for places with good standing along with my other preferances thats why I chose them. Sounds like from NicLiq that it is just me being sensitive to it like she is.

You'll be able to taste it in anything, so I'm not sure adding more flavor to something will help. I don't have a lot of experience with buying from different juice vendors, I've only used 5 different, plus my DIY, but from those 5, I can tell you that Top Vapor and Liberty-Flights has it; Backwoods Brew and Vapor Bomb don't; and Halo (I only have one flavor though) has a hint of it.

Difference that I know of is that both Backwoods Brew and Vapor Bomb mix each order individually, this makes me think oxidation is a culprit. Of course I don't know what their base nicotine liquid is.

My DIY base liquid is 36 mg PG from Box Elder Chemical Supply. It has no smell/taste. Some people say that nearly all base nicotine juice comes from Dekang, and I do not know if Box Elder comes from there. If it's US made, then that might be what the difference is. I'm not saying anything negative about Dekang, just that they might have a different way of doing things.

I'm curious NicLiq, who's flavors do you DIY with? I get what I think is the taste you're describing out of FlavorArt flavors. I've learned to ignore it for the most part, but I mainly DIY and use Flavor Apprentice, so it's not a problem. I also ask because I know for a fact that Don over at Backwoods doesn't use FA in his mixes. He doesn't particularly like it either.

I am using FlavourArt, these are the ones I have: Expresso Coffee, Cantaloupe Melon, Lemon Sicily, Watermelon and Cocoa.

Is it the tobacco FlavourArt that you taste it in? I read a lot about FA in the DIY section and chose it because Nikhil (PureVapes) is using it exclusively.

I can see how FA would be a pain to work with, Expresso Coffee, for example, is so strong that I can only use 4 drops in 15 ml. I can't get strawberry right with FA, I am up to 15% and a few days of steeping and it's not strong enough. I hear they can get out of control with age, so I'll be watching for that. I also ordered flavors from Capellas, and am anxious to try them (I need to get strawberry right).

I wonder if Don would be willing to say if he uses a Dekang base? I have a Bacco and Applewood from him for 4 weeks and it has not developed into that smell; nor have any of the Vapor Bomb flavors. Not even a hint. I know they are protective of their recipes and I respect that, but I really would like to track down what that darn smell/taste is, only so I can avoid it like the plague LOL
