Let me assure you that the size will not matter if you're enjoying the vapor you're inhaling. I was worried my eGo would be too big to feel comfortable in my hand...but it's the size of a midsize cigar.. the fact that it's killing my cravings and putting out nicely visable vapor clouds makes my day...
